Meet your chef
I trained at The French Laundry and cooked for clients across San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Napa Valley before moving expanding to Western Massachusetts and Upstate NY.
The types of clients we typically cook for are often staying at an Airbnb rental, at their primary or secondary residence, or a venue they’ve chosen to host a wedding, anniversary, or another type of special event.
The most common groups who want a catered event are friends, families, as well as corporate off-sites at venue equipped with a kitchen. No matter who or where in the Hudson Valley you’d like a catered event, you can expect expertly prepared food using farm to table ingredients whenever available.
Your group is welcome to choose from our multi-course menus served in an elevated family style method.
We utilize Michelin star restaurant caliber techniques when preparing food, and always customize the type of service you’d like from casual to a more formal fine-dining level.
