You share the date, guest count, and what you have in mind. We handle everything from there — menu design, sourcing, on-site cooking, service, and a kitchen left exactly as we found it. Most evenings are confirmed within 24 hours.

Private Chef Dinners
The most requested service — a multi course dinner in your home. Menus are seasonal and market-driven, served in an elevated family style method, or individually plated depending on the evening. Groups from 6 to 30. Dietary considerations are addressed at booking and built in from the start. The kitchen is reset before dessert is cleared. You host. We handle everything else.
In-Home Catering & Event Service
For larger gatherings — cocktail receptions, rehearsal dinners, milestone celebrations, bridal events — the menus are written seasonally, we manage the service flow, and handle all details from start to finish. Groups from 15 to 60. Every menu is market driven and local. Minimum guest counts apply and are shared at inquiry.

If the location has a full kitchen with standard appliances, we can work in it.

Menus are seasonal and market-driven. Before your event, we get on a call to collect the details we need: guest count, any dietary restrictions or aversions, service format, and logistics. Every dish on our menu is built with substitutions in mind — if someone at the table doesn't eat fish, they're not getting a lesser plate. The dish changes. The standard doesn't. All dietary accommodations are handled without drawing attention to them.

We're currently booked in Los Angeles through March 25, 2026. For events after that window, we'd love to hear from you — the earlier the better, as dates fill quickly. For inquiries with shorter lead times, reach out directly and we'll confirm availability. We keep limited capacity open for last-minute events when possible, but it's never guaranteed.

Coursed Family Style — Our standard method. Two or more platters per course, served at the table. Communal, composed, and the format most groups prefer.
Table Service — $50 per person. Individually plated courses, served and cleared. Requires an additional chef (or more) depending on group size; no servers needed. We walk you through the logistics on our call.

We also handle cocktail parties and multi-course seated events for groups ranging from 6 to 60 guests. We work in private residences, vacation rentals, and homes throughout Los Angeles County — venue isn't a limiting factor.
