You share the date, guest count, and what you have in mind. We handle everything from there — menu design, sourcing, on-site cooking, service, and a kitchen left exactly as we found it. Most evenings are confirmed within 24 hours.

Every engagement is managed from the first conversation to the last dish. We don't send a crew from a roster — you get a dedicated team who sources the ingredients, cooks in your home, and handles everything through cleanup. A short conversation at booking is all we need.
Private Chef Dinners
The most requested service — a multi course dinner in your home. Menus are seasonal and market-driven, served in an elevated family style method, or individually plated depending on the evening. Groups from 6 to 30. Dietary considerations are addressed at booking and built in from the start. The kitchen is reset before dessert is cleared. You host. We handle everything else.
In-Home Catering & Event Service
For larger gatherings — cocktail receptions, rehearsal dinners, milestone celebrations, bridal events — the menus are written seasonally, we manage the service flow, and handle all details from start to finish. Groups from 15 to 60. Every menu is market driven and local. Minimum guest counts apply and are shared at inquiry.

Menus are seasonal and market-driven. Before your event, we get on a call to collect the details we need: guest count, any dietary restrictions or aversions, service format, and logistics. Every dish on our menu is built with substitutions in mind — if someone at the table doesn't eat fish, they're not getting a lesser plate. The dish changes. The standard doesn't. All dietary accommodations are handled without drawing attention to them.

Coursed Family Style is our approach for most private dinners. Courses arrive on large, elegantly plated platters — each one portioned for the table. Guests serve themselves from a platter set directly in front of them. No passing, no reaching, and the plate each guest dines from stays in place through the course. It's seamless and visually refined. Table Service mirrors the experience of a fine dining restaurant: individually plated courses, brought to each seat simultaneously. It requires additional staffing and carries a supplement of $50 per person. We'll recommend the right approach based on your guest count and the type of event.
