A bit about us

We’re continuously inspired by the cuisine of Los Angeles and the people who prepare the vast array of food. From outdoor food carts to unknown spots in strip malls. It’s possibly ben the most interesting place for us in the multiple cities we offering catering services.

In our cooking, we utilize Michelin star restaurant caliber techniques when preparing food, and always customize the type of service you’d like from casual, to a more formal fine-dining level.

Typically, we cook for groups staying at an Airbnb rental, their primary or secondary residence, or a venue they’ve chosen to host a wedding, anniversary, or another type of special event.

The most common Los Angeles catered events are friend gatherings, family get togethers, and companies having a corporate off-site at a venue equipped with a kitchen.

Your group is welcome to choose from our multi-course menus served in an elevated family style method.

STARTERS

Ahi tuna crudo, pickled fresno chili, puffed black rice, avocado mousse, cirtus oil, white soy sauce

Mushroom bruschetta, spring peas, ricotta, virgin olive oil, sherry vinegar

FIRST COURSES

Golden beets, red grapefruit, whipped goat cheese, toasted hazelnuts,
leeks, brussels sprout leaves, blood orange oil

Chopped salad, romaine lettuce, provolone, castelvetrano olives, salami,
pepperoncini, garbanzo beans, croutons, red wine vinaigrette

SECOND COURSES
Cavatelli, charred broccolini, calabrian chili, meyer lemon, parmesan broth

Tagliatelle, pancetta, wild mushrooms, garlic confit, lemon, brown butter, pecorino romano

MAIN COURSES

Maine lobster tail, yukon gold potato puree, crispy leeks, espelette pepper, lemon

Rib eye steak, slow cooked fingerling potatoes, charred broccolini, rosemary-veal demi glace
