For inquiries with shorter lead times, reach out directly and we'll confirm availability. We keep limited capacity open for last-minute events when possible, but it's never guaranteed.

Coursed Family Style — Our standard method. Two or more platters per course, served at the table. Communal, composed, and the format most groups prefer.
Table Service — $50 per person. Individually plated courses, served and cleared. Requires an additional chef (or more) depending on group size; no servers needed. We walk you through the logistics on our call.
