Our Clifton Park menus follow the same chef-driven standards we use Saratoga Springs and California. When possible, we source produce, eggs, and specialty items from the Saratoga Farmers’ Market and nearby farms, rotating selections with the season.
Seafood arrives overnight from Browne Trading Co. in Portland, Maine. Beef is from Flannery Beef, and veal comes to us from Jersey Boyz Veal in Vermont.
